Server registration is complete: app id 9a66f3c2-fda7-416f-87e2-6db833b32e9d, real code-signing certificate (public half), staging/production channels mapped server-side. Drops the app-id placeholder guard (cert guard stays) and re-includes certificate.pem past the root *.pem ignore rule, which had been silently excluding it. Bootstrap and run
Use Node 20.10.0 from .nvmrc, Docker-compatible containers, and tmux.
npm ci
scripts/dev-local.sh reset
scripts/dev-local.sh up
The launcher starts local Supabase, Edge Functions, web, admin, MCP, and Expo in one tmux session. See local stack documentation for ports, logs, native launch commands, and troubleshooting.
Verify

Native black-box flows use npm run test:mobile:e2e. Pull requests run static

Database schema changes must use committed files in apps/supabase/migrations.
