feat(chat): allow deleting broken or pending secure messages

- Add onLongPress prop to MessageContent
- Pass delete handler to MessageContent from ChatMessages
- Enable long-press on 'Couldn't open secure message' error to show delete options
- Enable long-press on 'Secure message' pending state
