fix(android): raise Gradle daemon memory for RN 0.85 toolchain

The prebuild-regenerated gradle.properties restored stock 2GB heap and
512MB Metaspace limits; KSP and CMake configuration under SDK 56 exhaust
Metaspace and fail the release build.
