jjbruntonandClaude Fable 5 7aca39aa8f fix(android): restore blocked media permission removals in manifest ...

The SDK 56 prebuild dropped the tools:node=remove entries for
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, so the merged release manifest
regained permissions the Play media policy forbids; Sauci uses the system
photo picker. Restore the removals shipped in v1.0.7.
