jjbrunton 006761d3b0 feat(backend): add standalone data plane 
Replace the Supabase application data plane with the Node/PostgreSQL API, migrate mobile, admin, web, and MCP callers, add controlled cutover tooling, and define hardened Dokploy infrastructure.

jjbrunton 6df9442cd0 fix(admin): support typed question responses 
Render database-backed text, audio, photo, and choice responses across admin activity and user detail views. Add support for the both_answered match state while retaining legacy swipe behavior.
