fix(ios): keep dev-launcher keys out of the release Info.plist

The SDK 56 prebuild added NSBonjourServices, RCTMetroPort, and the Expo
Dev Launcher NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription to the tracked Info.plist.
v1.0.7 shipped without them and the production app has no local-network
feature to declare.
